Blue Mermaid Smoothie Bowl

BLUE MERMAID bowl 🧜‍♀️ i added crushed pearl powder, maca and spirulina to promote collagen production and boost my mood (optional ad-ins) .

**adding cucumbers and frozen cauliflower rice to smoothie bowls sounds weird but both are tasteless! cauliflower gives the bowl its creamy consistency and cucumbers are used instead of ice to keep the flavor from becoming too diluted (youre also getting a serving of greens) 

-1/2 c almond milk

-1.5 tsp blue spirulina powder

-1 scoop Vega vanilla protein powder/plant protein powder -2 oz frozen mini cucumber

-1/2 c frozen cauliflower

-1/2 c frozen blueberries

-2 oz frozen peaches

-vanilla, to taste
-cinnamon, to taste

-quinoa puffs
-cacao nibs
-organic tahini .
