Raw Pomegranate Cheesecake... no oven required..!    For best results, let cashews soak overnight in water. This makes the cheesecake super creamy. If you're preparing this last minute (like I did), you can also boil the cashews in water for 30 minutes. I couldn't find gluten free burgers buns... so this will have to do! This recipe is more time consuming BUT so worth it ❤️     Best to eat these burgers fresh or you can freeze them up to 1 month.
