This is CHOCOLATE Rawnola. It is quick, easy, and a simple 4 ingredients. I made this mix the other day to sprinkle on top of one of the smoothies I made for myself, aaaand the coconut icrecream later that night! Where there is food, I will add a crunch. Smoothie bowls, yogurts, protein bites- it all pairs nicely with a sweet batch of granola! I love this recipe because it is easy to follow and makes enough to last you 2-3 weeks! This specific recipe is for the maple granola, which is a bit more sweet than it is savory. This smoothie bowl is great for a good immune system boost! The pink color comes from the dragon fruit ~ also known as pitaya or passion fruit ~ aaaand you can find these juicy fruits at your local grocery store or WholeFoods.  The recipe serves about one big bowl! Make sure to freeze your bananas, mango & dragon fruit the night before so you're ready to blend in the morning!   I love this combo in the morning or for a 3pm afternoon snack, especially when it's hot out! Both parts of the recipes are delicious, and can be enjoyed separately. I personally love the vanilla chocolate mix when I have a little more prep time. Delicious and healthy chia seed pudding is tasty and keeps you full for hours!
