Sweet Morning Smoothie Bowl
This green smoothie bowl is packed with love and nutritional value! I enjoy it early in the morning before I start my day, and I'm full up until around noon or so. I love it so much that I've made it 3 times in the last week!

Sweet Morning Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Make sure you freeze the bananas the night before so that when you wake up in the morning, you're ready to go! All you need is a good blender (I use the Ninja), mix all the ingredients together, blend & enjoy!!
I normally top off my smoothie bowls with whatever I have in my kitchen, like coconut shavings, cacao nibs, bananas, goji berries, etc..
• 3 large frozen bananas (frozen night before)
• 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
• 1 tbsp flax seed
• 1 tsp spirulina
• (optional) 1 tsp moringa
• ice & coconut milk, until desired consistency
