This smoothie bowl is great for a good immune system boost! The pink color comes from the dragon fruit ~ also known as pitaya or passion fruit ~ aaaand you can find these juicy fruits at your local grocery store or WholeFoods.
The recipe serves about one big bowl! Make sure to freeze your bananas, mango & dragon fruit the night before so you're ready to blend in the morning!
(**Tip** Slice fruits into small pieces so that it is easier to blend in the morning)

Fluffy Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl Recipe
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 c frozen dragon fruit
- 1 c frozen mango
- 1/4 coconut milk
Put all ingredients into your blender, and click start! Blend until the consistency is smooth and creamy (this is when the nice cream magic happens) !!
Once blended, spoon into a bowl and add your toppings. Your choice but, I love:
- unsweetened coconut shavings
- chocolate chips/cacao nibs
