Chocoalte-Drizzled Blueberry Bites

Chocolate Drizzled Blueberry Bites: 

These bite-size balls are perfect for to snack on during the day or before a workout.  You can have fun with the recipe by substituting blueberry powders for others, like ground raspberries, strawberries, and matcha! Enjoy ☺️

Chocolate-Drizzled Blueberry Bites Recipe: 
Ingredients: 
• 12 medjool dates 
• 1/2 cup gluten free steel cut oats (can also usewalnuts/almonds).
• 1/4 cup unsweetened, shredded coco 
• 2 tsp blueberry powder (taste-test with other flavors, like matcha or cocoa powder) 
• 1 tbsp coco oil, melt (I use Dr. Bronner's delicate, mild taste) 

Steps:
1. Blend all ingredients together.
2. Roll into small bite size balls.
3. Place in freezer, meanwhile melt your favorite chocolate.
4. Drizzle chocolate over balls and enjoy. 
**Store in fridge up to 3 days.
