Chocolate Oat Snack Bars

I have become a bit obsessed with the taste of oats, cinnamon and chocolate so really, this snack is a definite favorite. To make this, all you need are the ingredients, a blender and a fridge. It's easy to make and will keep you covered on the snack front for about a week, if they can last that long without being eaten!! 😂😜

I plan on making 2-3 variations of this recipe, and you can too. The same measurements of steel cut oats apply to chopped nuts, seeds and puffed quinoa, as well as the sunflower butter for other nut and seed butters! Enjoy ❤️

Chocolate Oat Snack Bars Recipe:

Ingredients:
- 3 cups gluten free steel cut oats (can use puffed quinoa) 
- 12 medjool dates 
- 1/2 cup sunflower butter 
- 1/2 cup plant milk 
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
- dash of Himalayan pink salt 
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder 


Steps:
1. Blend all ingredients together. 
2. Press mix into a lined pan 
3. Place in freezer for 30 minutes, slice into bars and enjoy 😊
