Amaranth Superfood Porridge

Early mornings on the beach when the sky is pink and so is my breakfast 💕 I started the week with an AMARANTH superfood porridge!
Amaranth is rich in protein and a good source of vitamins and minerals. It is similar to a hot cereal and a quinoa, and adding sweet/savory flavors really brings this grain to life. Filled this bowl with sunbutter, blueberry coconut yogurt drizzle, cocolate covered hemp seeds and agave with a few dried rose petals.
