How to make your Buddha bowl: 

Step 1: 
Pick your Base: 
- spinach leaves 

other options:

- brown rice

- quinoa 

- cauliflower rice 

- kale 

Step 2:
Pick your Toppings:
- steamed Brussels 
- sweet potato 
- fresh avocado 
- colored cauliflower 
- roasted chickpeas 

other protein sources:

- fish and meats

- tofu

- chia seeds

- flax seeds

- legumes 

Step 3:
Choose your Dressing: .
- tahini (ground sesame seeds) 

other options:

- liquid aminos (tastes like soy sauce) 

- Dr.Bronner's activated yeast (tastes like parmesan cheese) 

Roasted Chickpea recipe: 
- 1 can chickpeas 
- 1 tbsp olive oil 
- dash garlic powder 
- dash onion powder 
- dash paprika powder 
- dash cayenne pepper 

How to: 
1. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together. Make sure chickpeas thoroughly coated.
2. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes, until chickpeas are crispy.
