Healthy Chocolate Pancakes

It might be rainy and gloomy outside, but your breakfast doesn’t have to be 🙌🏼 This recipe is a recreation of the first healthy pancake recipe posted on my blog! The fun part with this recipe is that you can swap out the measurement for cocoa powder with others, such as matcha or dragon fruit powder.

Chocolate Banana Pancakes 🥞

Ingredients:
- 1 banana 
- 1 cup gluten free rolled oats 
- 1 cup unsweetened coco milk 
- 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder 
*blend all ingredients together and cook on a flat pan at medium heat .

Chocolate toppings 🖤: coco yogurt mixed with cocoa powder, sprinkled with allergy-friendly chocolate chips.
