Blue Matcha Pancakes

These BLUE matcha pancakes were one of the first healthy recipes I posted and have remained my favorite breakfast meal. I enjoy them often and have tried using different flavors for coloring and taste. Some of these have included, beetroot powder, green matcha, and plain and I LOVE them all!! 

The recipe is quick and easy, great for anyone beginning to cook and 100% satisfying. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do :) 

Blue Matcha Pancakes Recipe:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of plant milk .
- 1 cup of gluten free oats
- 1 tsp matcha
*blend ingredients together and cook over medium heat. 

Topping: drizzle with coco yogurt and fresh cut fruit
