Pomegranate Bliss Balls

Prepared gorgeous pomegranate bliss balls this morning, also my first recipe from scratch! 🌷I have definitely been feeling inspired by all the pretty pink florals this spring 💗💓 

These small bites make for a perfect lunchtime pick-me-up or quick snack, all while filled with good fiber. You can definitely taste-test this recipe using other powdered flavors (cocoa, matcha, blueberry, strawberry, goji) 

Pomegranate Bliss Ball Recipe: 
Ingredients: 
⭐️ 10 medjool dates, pitted
⭐️ 1/2 cup unsweetened, shredded coconut .
⭐️ 1/4 cup steel cut oats (bob’s red mill is 👌🏻)
⭐️ 1 tbsp hemp seeds (fiber) 
*blend all ingredients together. Using your hands, roll into bite-size balls. .

Pink coating 💕: roll balls in the powder, refrigerate for at least 10 minutes. Enjoy :)
