A healthy outside starts from the inside! Here’s an a easy recipe to get your day started! Maca root powder has become more popular due to benefits including increased energy and libido and reduced anxiety and stress. Enjoy it blended into smoothie or sprinkled into coco yogurt.
Cacao Energy Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 banana, frozen .
- 1 c plant mylk .
- 1/4 c @bobsredmill gluten free oats .
- 1 tsp maca powder .
- 1 tsp flax seeds .
- 2 tsp cacao powder (I use Lakanto probiotic cacao powder) .
*blend all ingredients together and sprinkle with your fav toppings .
Toppings: @effifoods chickpea granola + local farm bee pollen (good immune system boost) .
