Cashew Sourcream

This “sour cream” is PERFECT drizzled over soups, salads & tacos. The best part about it is that it’s easy to make and can be stored in your fridge up to one week. If you’re a sauce person, this one’s for you 🍽🌿 .

Simple “Sour Cream:” .
- 1 c raw cashews, soaked overnight (can boil for 15 minutes) .
- 1 c water .
- 2 tbsp lemon juice .
- 1/4 tsp himalayan pink salt .
Steps:
1. Blend all your ingredients together until smooth .
2. Store in fridge in an airtight container up to 1 week. Enjoy!!!
