Chocolate 'Caramel' Easter Eggs

CHOCOLATE CARAMEL EASTER EGGS šŸ° Sharing the most delicious 3-step-3-ingredient recipešŸ’• Enjoy!!! #HappyEaster .

Ingredients:
ā€¢ 2 c dairy free chocolateĀ 
ā€¢ 15 medjool dates, pittedĀ 
ā€¢ 2 tsp @lakantosweetener maple syrupĀ 
ā€¢ pinch of pink saltĀ 

Instructions:
(Caramel Sauce)Step 1: Blend the medjool dates, salt and maple syrup until thick and smooth consistency (add water if too thick) .
(Chocolate Mold)Step 2: Melt 1c chocolate chips in the microwave for 1 minute and stir (add coco oil if you need to thin out the chocolate). Spoon into chocolate molds and refrigerate for 20 minutes .
Step 3: Using a knife, scoop the date caramel spread into molds. Cover with the remaining 1c melted chocolate. Refrigerate until firm.
