This weekend has been filled with holiday festivities and spending a lot of time with family. This crepes seem to be the PERFECT recipe to enjoy for breakfast, and still keep to being Kosher for Passover (if you're Jewish)!

Holiday Crepe Recipe
- 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Potato Flour (gluten free)
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1 banana
*blend all ingredients together and cook on medium heat over a flat pan.
COLOR FILLING: coco yogurt mixed with blueberry/beetroot powder
