Macadamia Mini Doughnuts

*for nut free version, use cacao nibs or chocolate chips .

Recipe:
- 15 medjool dates 
- 1 tsp vanilla 
- 1/2 c macadamia nuts 
- 1/2 c gluten free rolled oats 
- dash of cinnamon 
- 1/4 c shredded coconut 
- 1 tbsp coco oil, melted 
- 1.5 tsp butterfly pea protein 

Steps:
1. Blend all ingredients together and press into (coconut oil-sprayed) mini doughnut molds 
2. Freeze for 1 hour 
3. Melt @enjoylifefoods chocolate chips 
4. Pop doughnuts out of mold and drizzle with chocolate. Enjoy 😋
