Classic Banana Bread
Happy weekend! The time you have all been waiting for is here...This fluffy and sweet CLASSIC BANANA BREAD đ đ is what breakfast, lunch, snack and dessert dreams are made of!! Enjoy it plain or topped with sunbutter + cacao nibs + honey đŻ .
**for the nut free version, sub walnuts for cacao nibs or pumpkin seeds .
Classic Banana Bread
Recipe:
- 1 and 3/4 c oat flour (can also blend rolled oats in food processor)Â
- 1/4 c cassava flourÂ
- 3 brown bananas, mashedÂ
- 1 tsp Apple cider vinegarÂ
- 1 tbsp sunbutterÂ
- 2 tsp cinnamonÂ
- 1/2 tsp nutmegÂ
- 1/4 c coco sugarÂ
- 1/4 c monk fruit sugarÂ
- 1/8-1/4 c chopped walnutsÂ
- 1/4 c @enjoylifefoods choc chipsÂ
Steps:
1. Mash bananas in a mixing bowlÂ
2. Add all ingredients to bowl, stirÂ
3. Spread into a parchment-lined panÂ
4. Bake banana bread at 350F for 45 minutesÂ
5. Let cool & enjoy!!!Â
