Classic Banana Bread

Happy weekend! The time you have all been waiting for is here...This fluffy and sweet CLASSIC BANANA BREAD 🍞 🍌 is what breakfast, lunch, snack and dessert dreams are made of!! Enjoy it plain or topped with sunbutter + cacao nibs + honey 🍯 .

**for the nut free version, sub walnuts for cacao nibs or pumpkin seeds .

Classic Banana Bread

Recipe:
- 1 and 3/4 c oat flour (can also blend rolled oats in food processor) 
- 1/4 c cassava flour 
- 3 brown bananas, mashed 
- 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar 
- 1 tbsp sunbutter 
- 2 tsp cinnamon 
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg 
- 1/4 c coco sugar 
- 1/4 c monk fruit sugar 
- 1/8-1/4 c chopped walnuts 
- 1/4 c @enjoylifefoods choc chips 

Steps:
1. Mash bananas in a mixing bowl 
2. Add all ingredients to bowl, stir 
3. Spread into a parchment-lined pan 
4. Bake banana bread at 350F for 45 minutes 
5. Let cool & enjoy!!!
