Matcha Latte

Benefits to drinking Matcha:
1. One cup of matcha has as many antioxidants as TEN cups of green tea .
2. Promotes calmness and focus .
Those jitters you get with coffee? Not with matcha .
3. Increases metabolism .
4. Boosts immune system .
5. Boosts energy + endurance .

Matcha Latte recipe:

Ingredients:
- 1 tsp matcha .
- 2 tsp monk fruit sugar .
- 3 tbsp hot water .
- 1 cup your choice milk (warm or chilled) .

Steps:

1. Add the monk fruit sugar and matcha powder to a wide-rimmed cup (will make it easier to whisk together)

2. Add the 3 tbsp hot water, whisk (I use a bamboo whisk ordered on Amazon)

3. Add 1 c plant milk, enjoy chilled or hot. 
*stir all ingredients except for mylk, until the powder dissolves. Add your mylk and sip all morning long 💚
