Pumpkin Spice Pancakes

Healthy Pumpkin Spice Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 c gluten free oat flour (can blend rolled oats)
- 3/4 c your choice mylk
- 1/4 organic pumpkin purée
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spices, to taste (ground nutmeg + cloves + cinnamon + ginger)
- mini chocolate chips (optional)
Method:
1. Blend all ingredients together (add chocolate chips afterwards, stir manually) .
2. Using 1/4 c or 1 tbsp (for mini pancakes) pour onto non stick pan and cook on medium heat .
3. Enjoy with maple syrup or coco yogurt + cacao powder 😋
