Chocolate Pumpkin Banana Bread
- 1 and 3/4 c oat flour (can also blend rolled oats in food processor) .
- 1/4 c organic pumpkin flour flour .
- 3 brown bananas, mashed .
- 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar .
- 1 tbsp sunbutter .
- 2 tsp cinnamon .
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg .
- 1/4 c coco sugar .
- 1/4 c golden monk fruit sugar .
- 1/8-1/4 c chopped walnuts .
- 1/4 c @enjoylifefoods choc chips .
1. Mash bananas in a mixing bowl .
2. Add all ingredients to bowl, stir .
3. Spread into a parchment-lined pan .
4. Bake bread at 350F for 45 minutes before serving
