Super Berry Smoothie
This smoothie is a good breakfast candidate for the end of summer, when morning temperatures are still warm. It’s a creamy blend with desert-like qualities. The extraordinary nourishment provided by collagen, an abundant protein found in your body, provides strength for your hair and skin. I use Whole Foods' collagen with a natural green apple flavor to pair with fresh slices of strawberry, banana and blueberry.
*** Freeze bananas and blueberries the night before for a creamier consistency. Enjoy ❤️ .
Super Berry Smoothie:
- 1 small banana, frozen
- 1/4 c blueberries, frozen .
- 1/2 c strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 c your choice milk (I use almond)
- 1 scoop of @wholefoods collagen
- 1 tsp flax seeds
*blend all ingredients together and enjoy immediately 😊
