Prep your meals the night before and enjoy them throughout the week! Glass mason jars keep your foods fresh, and serve as an easy grab-and-go when you're pressed for time. Enjoy :)

Layers (bottom to top):
- olive oil + pink salt + pepper + garlic .
- cherry tomatoes .
- organic baby spinach .
- chopped onion .
- sunflower seeds .
- portobello mushrooms .
- nutritional yeast .
*seal and enjoy the next day 😊
