Chocolate Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Have you ever made Overnight oats?? I LOVE them, especially when I’m short on time! Sprinkled these with cinnamon, monk fruit sugar and my favorite chocolate granola from Sakara Life. 

Chocolate Cinnamon overnight oats Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1/2 c gluten free rolled oats 
- 1/2 c plant mylk (I used unsweetened, vanilla almond milk) 
- 1 tbsp flax seed meal 
- 1/2 tbsp monk fruit sugar (0 calorie) 
- 1 tsp cinnamon 
- 1/4 c Dark chocolate granola 
.
Steps:
1. Mix all ingredients together and let sit out for 10 minutes or leave in fridge over night (if you choose to meal prep) 
2. Sprinkle with granola and enjoy 😊
