Autumn Nourish Bowl

Buddha bowls (also called nourish or salad bowls) are a great way to enjoy a variety of vegetables and proteins. In this bowl, I used spinach leaves for the base and topped with bean and alfalfa sprouts + shredded chicken (olive oil, pink salt, pepper, paprika) + purple onion + cabbage + diced carrots + sprouted chickpeas + avocado + pumpkin seeds 

Dressing: tahini + agave + pepper and sesame seeds
