Banana Coconut Smoothie
I made this yummy treat as a midday snack to celebrate St. Patrick's day. The consistency is creamy, and about half way through it I was full! It's perfect when you have a long day ahead of you. The next time I make this, there will definitely be a few drops of mint essence & 1-2 mint leaves added.

Banana Coconut Smoothie Recipe
Make sure to freeze the bananas and coconut ice cubes the night before! I suggest using as little liquid for smoothies, if you want that nice cream consistency.
• 2 frozen bananans
• 1 tsp spirulina, for protein & color
• 4 frozen coconut milk ice cubes (can also use 1/4-1/2 c coconut milk, unfrozen)
• sprinkle with SoDelicious mini chocolate chips!
Blend all ingredients together, and serve in your favorite glass jar. Sprinkle with chocolate chips or coconut shavings!
