Raw Double Choco Brownies 

These gooey brownies are lick-the-bowl good 😋 I recently made them for my family and they were a hit. Not everyone in my family is into healthy alternatives for desserts, but that didn't keep anyone from grabbing 1 or 2!

This recipe requires little prep time, a blender, and a love for chocolate. I hope you enjoy 😊

Raw Double Choco Brownies Recipe:

Brownie bottom layer:

⭐️ 25 medjool dates, remove pits  
⭐️ 1 cup gluten free steel cut oats (can use pecans) .
⭐️ 3 tbsp cocoa powder
⭐️ pinch of Himalayan pink salt


* blend and press into a lined brownie tin. Place in freezer while preparing the chocolate top layer. 

Chocolate Ganache Layer:
⭐️ 3/4 cup pure maple syrup
⭐️ 3/4 cup cocoa powder
⭐️ 1/3 cup melted coconut oil (I use Dr. Bronner’s)
⭐️ Pinch of salt

*blend all ingredients together and spread on top of brownies with a spatula. Let sit in freezer for at least 30 minutes before serving.
