Raw Raspberry Cake Recipe
Have your cake and eat it too (without the guilt) 😋 looooving all the creamy flavors of this RAW raspberry!
⭐️ 1 cup gluten free oats
⭐️ 1 cup unsweetened coconut shavings
⭐️ 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
⭐️ 20 pitted medjool dates
⭐️ 1/2 c macadamia nuts .
*blend all ingredients and press into a 7-10 inch cake pan with a removable bottom. Place in freezer while making berry Layer. .
⭐️ 3 c overnight soaked cashews
⭐️ 1 c fresh raspberries
⭐️ 1 tbsp cranberry powder (optional for brighter color)
⭐️ 1 c agave/honey .
⭐️ 3/4 c melted coconut oil
⭐️ 1 tbsp vanilla essence .
*blend all ingredients and spoon over crust. Leave in freezer for 6 hours. (Let sit for 30 minutes before serving) Enjoy!!!
