This “sour cream” is PERFECT drizzled over soups, salads & tacos. The best part about it is that it’s easy to make and can be stored in your fridge up to one week. If you’re a sauce person, this one’s for you 🍽🌿 ..Simple “Sour Cream:” .- 1 c raw cashews, soaked overnight (can boil for 15 minutes) .- 1 c water .- 2 tbsp lemon juice .- 1/4 tsp himalayan pink salt .Steps:1.
