Hidden Veggie Pasta Sauce

Looking for a kid-friendly pasta sauce thats both creamy and packed with nutrients? This broccoli and avocado Parmesan sauce is a winner! Steam fresh broccoli until tender, then blend it with ripe avocado, grated Parmesan, a splash of olive oil, and a bit of garlic (optional for older kids). Add a touch of milk or pasta water to reach the perfect consistency, and toss it with your child’s s favorite pasta shape. It’s a velvety, vibrant green sauce thats mild in flavor but loaded with vitamins, making it an easy way to sneak in veggies while satisfying little taste buds!

INGREDIENTS - Blend together: 

  • small ripe avocado
  • 3-4 medium brocolli heads, steamed
  • shaved parmesan (to taste) 
  • pinch of pink salt, pepper, garlic powder
  • splash of pasta water (until desired consistency)
