Raw Lemon Ginger Cake When life hands you lemons, you make a raw lemon ginger cake 🍋  What you'll need:Crust:🍋 3/4 cup raw almond 🍋 1 soft medjool date 🍋 1 tbsp coco oil, melted 🍋 1 tbsp chia seeds 🍋 1 tbsp pure maple syrup  Steps:1. Raw Chia Jam Cookies  These raw chia jam cookies have become one of my favorites. I made this on Mother's Day for the first time, and used the leftover chia jam for 2-3 days after.
