Chocolate Blueberry Bars These Gluten-free and vegan chocolate bars are perfect for dessert or in place of a protein/cereal bar. High in fiber and filled with whole-grains, eating these for breakfast help stabilize blood sugar levels and keep you from that mid-morning energy crash! I enjoyed mine with a cup of warm lemon tea this morning and had high energy for a solid 4-5 hours! For nut allergies, swap out the cashews in the blueberry layer for Bob's Red Mill gluten free oats. Banana Coconut Smoothie I made this yummy treat as a midday snack to celebrate St. Patrick's day. The consistency is creamy, and about half way through it I was full! Toasted Pumpkin seeds are crunchy and savory, and make great toppings for meals like soups and salads. I recently made a sweet potato cauliflower soup and these pumpkin seeds were the perfect addition!  Toasted Pumpkin Seeds Recipe Ingredients: 1.5 c unsalted Pumpkin seeds 2 tsp olive oil  Dash of salt Dash of turmeric  Dash of paprika (optional)  Dash of garlic powder Preheat your oven to 350F. Mix all your ingredients together and, spread over a cooking pan. Bake for 10-20 minutes, or until seeds are golden green/brown in color. Enjoy!!
